Seminar Marks 10th Anniversary of Leadership Pathway Program

The Money Management Institute (MMI) is set to hold its annual Leadership Pathway Seminar from June 12-14, 2024, at the Hilton Denver City Center. This event is tailored for emerging leaders in the investment advisory industry, offering an unparalleled opportunity for networking, education and professional development. The seminar also marks the 10th anniversary of the Leadership Pathway program, a program designed to support future industry leaders.

The Leadership Pathway Seminar aims to provide an ideal environment for participants to explore the dynamic and evolving landscape of industry leadership. With a carefully crafted agenda spanning two full days and including two evenings of networking, this year’s conference promises to deliver valuable insights and professional growth tailored to participants’ needs.

Craig Pfeiffer, MMI President and CEO, emphasized the significance of this milestone. “As we mark the 10th year of the Leadership Pathway program, we are thrilled to extend this year’s seminar to two full days of engaging sessions. This milestone reflects our commitment to fostering the next era of leaders who will shape the future of investment and asset management,” Pfeiffer said.

The seminar will feature a variety of sessions focused on leadership, career vitality, personal development and industry trends. According to the group’s press release the event includes a panel discussion on career vitality will address sustaining success and avoiding burnout in a rapidly changing industry and insights shared by Kathy Freeman, Founder and CEO of Kathy Freeman Company, on building a personal leadership toolkit. Violet Rainwater will lead a workshop titled “Elevate to Dominate,” focusing on overcoming burnout and enhancing professional performance.

Breakout sessions will cover critical topics such as retirement redefinition and the latest trends in U.S. retail asset management. The event will conclude with a special graduation celebration for the Leadership Pathway Class of 2022.
