This week we continue our series on the top 5 VC-funded deals in AI.
This past week was an active one for venture funding in AI, with two deals reaching the $100M threshold.
This week’s top reported deal, per FinSMEs, was actually a tie at $100 million from the robotic manufacturing and customer support sectors. Path Robotics makes very large, automated welding equipment, while Decagon specializes in AI customer support agents. The next biggest announcement was in the healthcare space, where Suki brought in an impressive $70M Series D round. The top five also included companies in the customer service and enterprise AI spaces.
Smaller funding raises that did not quite make our top 5 this week included announcements from a Paris, France-based insuretech as well as releases from the aviation and accounting sectors.
