This week we continue our series on the top 5 VC-funded deals in AI.

This week’s venture capital funding announcements maintained strong momentum, with three transactions in excess of the $100 million threshold.

The top reported deal, per FinSMEs, came from San Francisco-based Cybercube, which raised $180 million in growth funding from Spectrum Equity in part to “expand operations and its development efforts,” according to the risk modeler’s announcement. Cybercube offfers a SAAS solution to quantify cyber risk in financial terms. Our second announcement comes from another San Francisco-based company, lawtech provider EvenUp, brought in its own $150 million Series E. EvenUp is an operations platform for personal injury firms. The top five also included companies in the AI infrastructure, enterprise AI and financial crime prevention sectors.

Smaller funding raises that did not quite make our top 5 this week included announcements from the healthcare, agentic AI, and customer support spaces.
