DataDasher AI, an artificial intelligence platform built to automate advisor workflows, has appointed wealth management executive Kevin Beard to its advisory board. Beard has also made a personal investment in the San Francisco-based company.
The platform helps advisory firms handle meeting preparation, client summaries and follow-up workflows, with integrations into Redtail, Orion and Bento Engine. DataDasher is SOC 2-certified and says its users save 15 or more hours per week.
“Most AI solutions are vaporware, offering limited efficiencies and surface-level intelligence,” Beard said. “DataDasher is built around the actual work advisors do every day, so it addresses that problem in a way the whole firm benefits.”
Beard currently serves as chief strategy officer at WealthVest and previously co-founded Atria Wealth Solutions, where he helped grow the firm to nearly 2,500 advisors and close to $1 billion in annual revenue before its acquisition by LPL Financial.
“He understands what advisors need on the ground and how enterprises evaluate technology at scale,” said Alexander Kearns, CEO and co-founder of DataDasher.
