Client data and advisor expertise come together in new solution that scales.

Building a detailed proposal for every client can take hours – and require information from multiple systems – but for clients who want advice that feels personal, and for their advisors who want to deliver it, the answer might be AI.

Feathery announced on Tuesday that it has launched AI-Powered Proposal Generation for wealth management firms. The new solution uses client data, planning documents, advisor expertise and firm- approved templates to create personalized proposals at scale.

The system pulls information from platforms including Salesforce, eMoney, Vanilla, Holistiplan, Addepar and Morningstar. Feathery’s AI assistant, Robin, uses that information to draft a proposal tailored to each client’s financial situation, goals, and priorities.

The technology also keeps the firm’s existing templates, branding and disclosures. Teams can then work together on the proposal and use natural language to ask Robin for changes. Those changes appear directly in the document.

The bigger idea is AI should not replace the advisor’s judgment – but remove the work that gets in the way of using it.

“Wealth firms know how to deliver personalization that’s unique to each client’s financial situation, but doing so takes time and requires significant collaboration across different groups in an organization,” said Peter Dun, co-founder and CEO of Feathery. “Feathery helps firms bring together their collective expertise and remove operational complexity so they can deliver more personalized experiences while reducing manual work.”

The launch also points to a broader shift in wealthtech. Personalization has traditionally required more human effort. AI could make it possible to increase personalization without increasing the workload at the same rate.

Proposal Generation joins Feathery’s broader platform for wealth management workflows. The company also supports advisor onboarding, account opening, advisor transitions and repapering.
