This week we continue our series on the top 5 VC-funded deals in AI.

This week our overall AI venture capital activity gained back some of its momentum from recent weeks, with all five of our listed announcements coming in over $240 million and 9 announcements total coming in over $100 million.
The biggest announcement, per FinSMEs, came from Denver-based Crusoe Energy Systems, which raised over $3 billion to “fund high-performance data center design and construction, purchase massive fleets of deep learning graphics processors (GPUs), scale its specialized systems engineering and cloud architecture teams, and expand its global project development pipeline, which sits at over 40 gigawatts of total capacity,” according to its announcement. Our second-place announcement was from the enterprise AI space, where Amsterdam-based Wonderful raised $550 million in a Series C to “accelerate product development, expand its global deployment teams, and support enterprise demand for its AI OS,” according to its announcement. Rounding out the top 5 are announcements from the AI infrastructure and cybersecurity spaces.
Smaller funding raises that did not quite make our top 5 this week included announcements from the physical AI, healthcare, and AI security sectors.
