This week we continue our series on the top 5 VC-funded deals in AI.

This past week we did not see a single deal pass the $100M mark for the first time in a while, but venture capital dollars continue to pour into the AI sector.

This week’s top deal came in at $75 million from the housing and real estate sector, where EliseAI’s series D round saw the firm valued at more than $1 billion. The second biggest announcement was in defense. The top five also included construction, coding and blockchain, once again showing the breadth and reach of artificial intelligence, even in these early stages of its proliferation.
