One more time, with feeling…..

Friends, as I personally reviewed the hundreds of deals that went thru the investing pipeline this week, I got a wee bit cranky.  Now we did find “fintech” deals, though as we’ve noted before, they are getting fewer and much more AI-embedded.  But we saw funding for yet another new CRM company (why why why?????), a bourbon company (like we don’t have enough of those), a running gait company (guess this makes sense – for robotic assistants, but still) and a “decentralized green hydrogen production company” (what the ?????).  As we’ve pontificated before, it would seem there is a sh*tload of dry powder out there and it feels like it is getting invested “fast and furous”.  And sometimes questionably.  But of course, there are also amazing things we see every week, too – particularly in the healthcare sector.  But we’re here to talk about digital wealth, so…….

Let’s take a look at some trends that emerged from the winners.

  • AI-Driven Financial Intelligence and Risk Management Lead Investment Trends – Major funding rounds for 73 Strings ($55M) and DiligentIQ ($12M) highlight the increasing demand for AI-powered financial intelligence platforms in valuation, portfolio monitoring, and private equity due diligence.
