Two is better than one. Prudential Advisors is doubling down on modern workspaces, unveiling two new offices, an 8,700-square-foot Midtown Manhattan hub and a 6,564-square-foot space in Holmdel, New Jersey’s Bell Works. The moves showcase how a legacy financial firm is blending collaboration and client access to attract top-tier advisors.

Located in Rockefeller Center, Prudential Advisors’ Greater Metro Financial Group, the Manhattan space combines design with functionality for client meetings and advisor collaboration, the company said in a recent announcement.

Patrick Hynes, president of Prudential Advisors, calls it “setting a new standard” in the heart of the world’s financial capital.

Since Hynes was appointed president in February, Prudential Advisors has modernized its advisor platform, or PA Connect, to include an AI-powered interface, enabling advisors to manage client data across insurance, annuities and investment systems.

“Having an expanded midtown Manhattan presence allows us to provide a welcoming environment for our clients and a prestigious location for the advisors we are attracting to our firm. Our investment in this space reaffirms our commitment to attracting financial advisors who want continued growth in this key market.”

Leadership includes Michael Saccento, CLU®, CLTC®, and a team of regional directors, who are primarily focused on attracting experienced advisors, by offering a prestigious location and dynamic workspace.

Holmdel’s Bell Works is a “metroburb,” merging offices and community spaces under one roof. Prudential’s Greater NJ Financial Group’s 6,564-square-foot office emphasizes open layouts. Led by Rob Nigro, CFP®, ChFC®, RICP®, with a team of directors and support staff, Hynes said the environment is “energizing”, ideal for client engagement and innovation.

Prudential’s openings demonstrate a strategy to expand physical presence in key markets. Post-pandemic, in-person meetings are increasingly seen as enhancing the advisor-client relationship.

Both offices could potentially demonstrate how traditional financial firms are adapting to a tech-savvy, experience-focused workplace culture.

Prudential Advisors supports over 3,000 advisors serving 3.5 million Americans, blending personalized advice with innovative spaces designed to foster collaboration.
