Practice management and business consulting expert Laurie Burkhard has joined Sanctuary Wealth as its first Head of Business Consulting. In her new role, Ms. Burkhard is tasked with leveraging the firm’s expansive resources and technologies to optimize the practice management capabilities for its network of partner firms.
Ms. Burkhard brings almost three decades of experience in helping financial professionals build enterprise value to the position. At Sanctuary, a popular destination for wirehouse breakaways, Ms. Burkhard will support the network’s partner firms in areas such as human capital management, business and strategy planning, client growth and development, client segmentation, specialized service models and the utilization of business diagnostics.
