In a June 4 press release, financial software specialist Bloomberg revealed the addition of web traffic to its Bloomberg Terminal (in partnership with Similarweb). The deployment monitors the active web stats of over 3,000 public and private firms.
Additionally, the functionality is available on the Bloomberg Terminal through its {ALTD<GO>} feature.
Nasdaq, Inc./Nasdaq Private Market (NPM), LLC
Premier exchange operator Nasdaq has revealed access to NPM’s Tape D API, the primary gateway to its premier dataset, providing insights into company valuations, including pre-IPO firms, Unicorns, and other startups. The setup is available via the Nasdaq Data Link, its cloud-based financial intelligence solution.
NPM’s Tape D enables access to critical data points, including private market pricing data, 409A valuation pricing, and secondary market moves.
Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE Group, Inc.)
According to a June 3 Bloomberg report, the TXSE maintained its readiness for its 2026 launch plans. TXSE adviser and former congressman indicated the firm’s preparedness for the takeoff.
The TXSE also filed its Form 1 national securities exchange document with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Sterling Trading Tech (STT)/National Market System (NMS)/Blue Ocean
Boutique trading firm STT announced the launch of 24/5 trading of US NMS equities. Clients can access overnight trading via the Blue Ocean Alternative Trading System (ATS) from within the Sterling Order Management System (OMS).
Thanks to Sterling’s improved API deployments, automated margin trade modifications are also fully integrated.
The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BNY)
At its INSITE 2025 event, financial behemoth BNY introduced several enhanced products designed to boost the productivity of wealth management professionals. They include a fixed-income product for Wove Trading, unified portfolios via Wove Portfolios, the BNY Advisor Growth Network, PortfolioFlex, and others.

JP Morgan Chase & Co.
According to a June 4 Bloomberg report, banking behemoth JP Morgan intends to enable the collateralization of Bitcoin ETFs for loans. The process will start with the BlackRock iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT).
Subsequently, JP Morgan will add other ETFs to the arrangement.
MoonPay/New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS)
Niche crypto payment ecosystem MoonPay has received the highly sought-after BitLicense from the NYDFS. The move improves MoonPay’s operations across all 50 states.
MoonPay also secured a Money Transmitter License from the regulator.
Keeta, Inc. (Keeta Network)/Solo.io, Inc. (SOLO)
Scalable blockchain Keeta Network teamed up with FI-focused credit infrastructure ecosystem SOLO to launch the first blockchain-based credit bureau. The Keeta Network enables SOLO Pass, a digital certificate that permits lending and other transactions across financial ecosystems.
Additionally, the Keeta Network also allows loan underwriting based on verified user data.

Premier e-commerce Fintech PayPal and its Venmo business unit revealed the launch of card solutions for customers. The PayPal Credit offering has enhancements with the addition of physical cards.
On the other hand, the Venmo Debit Mastercard® offers a unique shopping experience, including in-store and online shopping rewards alongside a unique checkout experience.
Thomson Reuters Corporation
On the AI end, information services behemoth Thompson Reuters expanded its agentic AI foray with the introduction of CoCounsel, an automated product for accounting, audit, and tax professionals.
CoCounsel offers intuitive workflows and improves processes.
Furthermore, Thomson Reuters unveiled Ready to Review, an automated filing solution, its next GenAI offering, which is currently in development.
Revenue management-focused RightRev collaborated with Sage to enhance data flows for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). RightRev’s automation ecosystem integrates with Sage Intacct through its General Ledger module.
The deployment offers customers several benefits, including efficient compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards, fully transparent audits, and smooth data processes.
AffiniPay, LLC (CPACharge)/cPaperless LLC (SafeSend)
Accounting professionals now have access to easier payment options thanks to a collaboration between CPACharge and SafeSend. The cooperation integrates CPACharge’s embedded payment offering with the SafeSend One platform.

Consequently, lenders can immediately feature rent payments in their underwriting processes.

Insurance-focused payments ecosystem One Inc. introduced its 835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) product. The solution optimizes disbursements for healthcare providers and expands efficiency across all aspects of the Property and Casualty (P&C) domain.
