Sander Ressler, known for his compliance and regulatory authority experience, has launched ArbitrationIQ to offer expert testimony to attorneys and regulators involved in dispute resolutions.
He created the consulting and counseling firm after seeing growing demand for his services within the financial services industry. Technology, he said, can play a role in mitigating disputes.
“Most disputes arise from human interaction,” Ressler said. “Technology used to record these interactions is becoming extremely valuable in determining the value of a case as well as in the verification or impeachment of testimony. Whether it is contemporaneous notes or video recording, firms should be encouraging their advisors to use technology to protect and defend their practices.”
