Financial advisors spend too many hours wrangling forms, client data and compliance paperwork, and not actually advising. At least, that’s what PreciseFP, the client engagement and data-gathering software from Docupace, is betting on with their latest redesign – and response – to an advisory workflow that’s overwhelmed by paperwork.
According to an announcement this week, PreciseFP’s upgrade is an AI-powered reimagining of the data-gathering process to address an increasing problem: advisors drowning in data. There’s endless client intake, repetitive forms and slow onboarding that could impact an advisor’s bottom line. The solution, the company claims, is simplifying workflow.
“The new interface and AI features reflect our ongoing commitment to empower financial advisors to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time delivering value to clients,” said Richard Thoeny, Executive Vice President of Product Strategy at PreciseFP.
‘Cleaner, Faster’
The human bottleneck has often been highlighted as a pressing issue in an age of automation. The fix could be a friendlier design, according to the firm. PreciseFP says it has overhauled its look with a minimalist, light design, and for those more comfortable with the former interface, toggles for old versus new, or a customizable interface.
Client forms are ready to be built. Think of it as vibe coding for financial advisors. PreciseFP’s AI Template Builder turns prompts into client forms. The advisor simply describes what she needs, and it builds it – presumably compliant with regulatory standards, though the firm did not make mention of the Builder’s compliance readiness posture.
“This latest release delivers a cleaner, faster and more intelligent experience that makes putting the platform to work in your advisory firm easier than ever,” Thoeny said.
Customizable Reporting
A corollary to the AI Template Builder is a new Customizable Reporting Feature, which “gives firms full control over their data.” Custom data cuts to the chase when it comes to what’s actionable from the advisor’s standpoint, PreciseFP said. Users can filter, trigger and schedule reports, effectively “owning” their data sovereignty.
PreciseFP’s most recent rollout aligns with a larger Docupace strategy that includes its suite, which includes Hubly, the advisor CRM workflow solution.
