Nasdaq

AI-focused solutions are now firmly in charge of compliance processes. According to Nasdaq’s recently released ninth Annual Global Compliance Survey, 35% of respondents believe new tech will help drive process transitions in 2025 compared with 9% YoY and 0% in 2022.

Additionally, 90% affirmed that minimization of false positive results is arduous for compliance teams.

Invesco

Investment management giant Invesco upgraded its ‘Invesco QQQ Innovation Suite’ by adding the Invesco QQQ Low Volatility ETF (QQLV) and the Invesco Top QQQ ETF (QBIG).

Furthermore, both ETFs enable access to the Nasdaq-100 Index, giving investors new opportunities and minimizing downside risks.

DoubleLine/NYSE

Similarly, on December 3, the Multi-Sector Income ETF (DMX) (by DoubleLine) launched on the NYSE Arca. The offering will provide capital appreciation potentials alongside credit underwriting options.

Moreover, the ETF could offer equity alternatives and provide dynamic market positions.

Northern Trust Corporation/CloudMargin

Premier financial services firm Northern Trust teamed up with collateral-focused CloudMargin with zero-touch processing goals in 2025. The collaboration also aims to move margin calls from message-based processes via automation.

In addition, the cooperation will also enable improved securities lending collateral placement via combinations with reporting features.

Crypto, Blockchain, and Digital Assets

Circle/Pockyt

Stablecoin issuer Circle furthered its footprint by collaborating with specialist payment ecosystem Pockyt. In a December 5 announcement, Circle revealed the integration of its USDC token with the Pockyt platform, giving merchants access.

In addition, the deployment also introduced Circle’s programmable wallets, allowing for flexible transitions.

The Florida Blockchain Business Association (FBBA)

In a December 3 X/Twitter post, FBBA President Samuel Armes revealed that the State of Florida plans to launch a Bitcoin reserve. Armes indicated the facility’s launch in Q1 2025, suggesting the Sunshine State could allocate 1% of its pension fund.

Coinbase/Apple Pay

Premier crypto exchange Coinbase integrated Apple Pay into its fiat-to-crypto onramp framework. The deployment smoothes the KYC process and provides customers with easy options.

Furthermore, the move enables quicker onboarding processes within a secure framework.

Sage

SMB-focused Sage unveiled ‘Sage Copilot,’ an AI offering that boosts business growth. The solution enables operational efficiency for finance teams by critical task automation.

Early access to Sage Copilot will soon be available to UK and US residents through Sage Intacct.

ValidiFI/DigiFi

Bank account validation specialist ValidiFI and digital lending ecosystem DigiFi partnered to improve industry outcomes. The cooperation integrates ValidiFI’s offerings, including vAccount, vAccount Plus, vIndex, and vCredit, with Digifi’s ecosystem.

Furthermore, the deployment enables loan origination accuracy for Digifi’s ecosystem through data-driven decision-making.

Billd/American Express

Construction industry B2B suppliers now have improved options thanks to a collaboration between finance specialist Billd and American Express. The partnership provides eligible contractors with improved credit, which may be out of reach for ecosystem players.

In addition, the cooperation shortens industry delivery cycles and enhances buyer purchase options.

Autire

Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) SaaS ecosystem Autire unveiled an automated risk assessment tool that improves 401(k) audit compliance processes. The feature enhances transparency and clarity with document automation and provides vertical integrations.

Additionally, the upgrade enables CPAs to perform faster audits.

Banking, Payments, and Infrastructure

Bank of America (BofA)/Early Warning Services, LLC (Paze)

BofA’s customers can shop securely this holiday season thanks to an integration with Paze, an online checkout offering. The deployment tokenizes card numbers and provides transaction authentication for merchants without revealing details.

Furthermore, activation of the feature is available through BofA’s platforms or when checking out.

Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union/Mahalo Banking

Kokomo, Indiana-based Solidarity Community FCU revealed plans to transition its digital services in partnership with Mahalo Banking. The collaboration focuses on security and enhanced customer experiences.

The integration includes account and loan operations, fraud detection, and mitigation capabilities.

The Clearing House

RTP® network operator The Clearing House unveiled plans to raise single-tranche transactions from $1 million to $10 million. The move opens doors across several industries and increases liquidity within financial ecosystems.

Additionally, $10 million in instant transactions will be available across America from February 9, 2025.

Shastic/MeridianLink

AI workflow automation firm Shastic partnered with boutique banking software solution MeridianLink to enable seamless operations for FIs. Shastic’s offering is available on the MeridianLink® Marketplace.

Furthermore, the combination enables lean operations, improving efficiency in the process.

Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Sun Title launched its new website, which offers visitors dual experiences. Visitors can choose between regular and AI-powered interactions.

Additionally, visitors can interact with Sunny, Sun Title’s chatbot, to get instant answers to their queries.

CoverGo

Boutique Insurtech firm CoverGo launched its health claims management ecosystem. CoverGo Claims has several innovative features, including a flexible rules engine, instant integration with external data sources, end-to-end claims automation, and white-label access.

Furthermore, the offering leverages CoverGo’s low code infrastructure to lower costs and increase scalability for industry professionals.

Boundless Rider Insurance Agency, LLC (Boundless Rider)

Motorbike-focused Boundless Rider revealed the availability of policies in the State of Pennsylvania. Enthusiasts in the Keystone State can access coverage through the Boundless Rider website or agents.

E-bike policies will be available in 2025.
