A recent partnership announced between FinFit and PeopleStrategy creates the availability of financial tools and resources aimed at improving the financial well-being for more than 200 PeopleStrategy clients’ employees.
PeopleStrategy is a cloud-based human resource (HR) solutions provider, whose technology “helps clients simplify recruiting, hiring, and onboarding; payroll and payroll taxes; open enrollment and benefits administration; time and attendance; compliance, reporting and more”, according to a recent news release.
FinFit is a fintech company that provides a financial wellness benefit platform which, according to the announcement, “eliminate(s) stress in the workplace by providing sensible financial solutions like early wage access, student loan services and consumer loans that empower employees to tackle financial challenges.”
Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnership at FinFit, Jennifer Creech, commented “PeopleStrategy is a leader in the HR solutions market and we fully support their mission to create a single source for employers to efficiently offer cutting-edge benefits to their employees. Our goal is to improve employees’ financial well-being, and employers can play a critical role by offering necessary services to the workforce.”
The integration between the two firms also allows PeopleStrategy to use FinFit’s most popular service, WageNow, an early wage access service. This service creates the opportunity for employees to access their earned wages with no additional charge, allowing employees to control their flow of income.
The Chief Growth Officer, Jim Prekop, noted that the primary goal for PeopleStrategy is aiding small and mid-sized employers to develop a people strategy that encompasses the needs of both their employees and families. “Financial stress is on the rise, particularly in today’s economic climate, and employees often turn to their employer for help. Providing our clients with access to a comprehensive platform like FinFit’s will enable them to meet their employees’ needs for valuable financial tools and resources.”
PeopleStrategy has endeavored to produce a platform that helps benefit small and medium sized employers by simplifying HR duties and other financial challenges, all with the intention of empowering employees.
