Today I want to discuss Robinhood and what you should know about its operations and how it makes money.
What is Robinhood?
Robinhood is a discount brokerage firm that offers commission-free trading through its website and mobile app. An individual can buy and sell stocks, ETFs, Cryptocurrency and other financial instruments. Before this technology existed for person to person financial instruments, an Investor would have to go to a licensed broker who would place the order. That broker would charge the person a commission fee, with Robinhood Investors can avoid transaction costs without paying commissions….
