This week we're back with a fresh round of new Top 5 VC deals, and the funding numbers continue to exceed $100M+ and cover the globe, though most were out of the US this week. This week's top deal came out of the Philippines - the other four top deals all came out of California. Hospitality, NFT gaming and payments platforms were amongst the categories funded

As with last week, we have seen a slight slowdown in the mega-deals for the prior week in digital wealth deals

It's a very diverse set of funding rounds we have this week including a challenger bank (Current), an interesting automated receivables funding platform (Pipe) which apparently is quite the fintech darling these days, two rewards platforms - one in Wisconsin and the other in India, an a LatAm cross-border payments platform out of Uruguay.
